Tamera Thoener, FNP-C

Tamera Thoener is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to her patients. With a strong commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and families, Tamera brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Tamera earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2015 at Vanderbilt School of Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the AANP, and is a current member. She is the past Legislative Chair of the Middle TN Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.

Throughout her career, Tamera has gained extensive experience in various medical settings, including primary care, joint injections, trigger point procedures, dermatology, and aesthetics. Her diverse background allows her to provide comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Tamera is known for her holistic approach, integrating traditional Western medicine with innovative treatments such as supplements, IV hydration, and weight management programs to promote optimal health and well-being.

Tamera’s dedication to patient care is evident in her personalized and compassionate approach. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans that address both immediate health issues and long-term wellness goals. Her expertise in dermatology and aesthetics enables her to offer a wide range of services, from managing chronic skin conditions to enhancing patients’ appearance and confidence. Tamera is a national speaker for Amgen for the medication, Otezla for the treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. She also speaks for Abbvie and their products Ubrelvy & Qulipta for the treatment of acute and chronic Migraine relief.

Kim Huang, AGNP-C

Family Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Dermatology & Board Certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner located in Nashville, TN

Kim Huang was born in Nashville, and has lived in the Bellevue community most of her life. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Emory University, and an M.S. with honors from Vanderbilt School of Nursing. Kim is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has completed additional education in geriatrics.

She maintains memberships with the Middle Tennessee Advance Practice Nurse Association and Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce. Kim enjoys treating the entire spectrum of primary care with an additional emphasis in holistic treatments and supplements. Outside of work Kim enjoys swing/ballroom dancing, indoor rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her family and nephew.

Kim is fluent in English and Mandarin. Kim was also awarded the 2021 Tennessee 40 Under 40 Nurse Leader sponsored by TNA, ACT and THA. She is also an active member of MTAPRN.

Nikki Stephens, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, NE-BC

Dr. Nikki Stephens is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Nashville Health Pro with 17 years of experience as a registered nurse and nine years as an advanced practice registered nurse. In 2019, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Her diverse nursing background includes roles in emergency rooms, federal occupational health, school nursing, and family practice. Dr. Nikki is committed to improving the health and wellness of her native Nashville, Tennessee community through integrative, patient-centered care. She has served on numerous nursing boards, including as the immediate past President of the MTAPRN Board of Directors and past President for Access to Care for TN Coalition.

Inspired by her family members who worked in healthcare, Dr. Nikki saw firsthand their selfless dedication and heroism. This inspiration, coupled with her passion for nursing’s diverse pathways, led her to a fulfilling career. The moment she entered the emergency room environment, she knew she had chosen the right profession. The immediate need of the patients and the opportunity to utilize her education and skills solidified her commitment to nursing.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Nikki prioritizes her faith, family, and country. She has been married to her best friend, Darby, for nearly 30 years, and they have two daughters and two grandsons. The family loves spending time in the mountains of East Tennessee and the northwest beaches of Florida, embracing the natural beauty and tranquility of these locations.

Michelle Reeves

Billing Administrator/Aesthetician

Michelle Reeves is a dedicated Billing Administrator and licensed Aesthetician at Nashville Health Pro. Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Michelle moved to Nashville in 1999 to seek better career opportunities in dentistry. With 27 years of experience in dental assisting, she eventually decided to retire her dental license and explore new professional avenues.

In 2016, Michelle earned her aesthetic license from Aveda, which sparked a new passion. While continuing her work in dentistry, she began pursuing aesthetics part-time. After retiring from her long-standing dental career, Nashville Health Pro provided her with the opportunity to transition into the role of Billing Administrator, allowing her to expand her knowledge in the field of aesthetics.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her pride and joy—her beloved fur baby, Kenny Jack.

Jill Harleman

Esthetician

Jill Harleman, an experienced esthetician at Nashville Health Pro, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work in skincare and beauty. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jill moved to Nashville with her family after practicing in both Vail and Boulder, Colorado. She began her career at just nineteen years old, driven by a lifelong interest in helping people feel confident in their skin.

Jill loves educating her clients on skincare and sun care protection, and she finds immense joy in seeing the positive impact her treatments have on their self-image and relaxation. For her, there is nothing more fulfilling than being part of the esthetics profession and working closely with patients.

Outside of work, Jill is a dedicated mom to three boys, including twins. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, traveling, and staying active in her church community.

Lynne Blaisdell

Her desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives led her to the healthcare field, where she found her calling in phlebotomy. Lynne loves that her work allows her to be the first step in ensuring patients receive the care they need to stay healthy.

Outside of her professional life, Lynne has been happily married to her best friend for nearly 20 years. She is an avid reader and a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new knowledge and ways to grow.

Michelle Soll

Michelle Soll is a skilled Virtue and Salt Facial Specialist and Prior Authorization Facilitator at Nashville Health Pro. With a background in nursing and training as a Spiritual Director, Michelle brings a holistic approach to her work, helping clients feel their best—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You may even hear her voice if you call the nurse line, as she’s always ready to assist with answers and guidance.

Michelle’s passion for helping others comes naturally. She was, as she says, “born a helper.” Her favorite part of her role is performing Virtue and Salt Facials while connecting deeply with clients, often listening to their life stories, sharing in their emotions, and celebrating the confidence they gain from feeling heard and beautiful. It’s these moments—when clients become friends—that affirm to Michelle she’s in the right profession.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, kids, and grandbaby. She’s happiest near water, whether it’s at the beach, wake surfing, or hiking to waterfalls. When she’s not outdoors, you’ll find her curled up in a cozy chair with a cup of coffee, diving into books on interpersonal neurobiology and its connection to spiritual formation.
